All credit and debit card ussers are expecting 'chip and pin' from 14 Feb 06 -so you need your pin - It is recommended that if you can manage to enter your PIN in the different pads this is the best for your own security - the 5 key has a raised dot and the 1 key is above and left. The enter and cancel keypositions vary from pad tp pad so you need to ask where. However if any disabled person is unable to use their PIN all card companies MUST issue a 'Chip and Signature' on demand. This card is supposed to automatically close off the need to enter a PIN.
Internet Banking is gradually improving for VI's but you may continue to find that your screen reader finds problems.
