Regular Aids:

Most chemists will issue tablets in daily dispensers or medipacks - you must ask!

Lost trowels in the garden? Get yourself an 'audio locator' or the much cheaper option of a 'wireless door chime' from DIYs for about £10. Just make sure your portable chime is near the garden tools you are using, when you are distracted and want to find them later - press your portable door push so that the chime rings and you will hear where they are!

Post Offices now have a 'Helping Hands Pack' with small items to aid the V.I. and the infirm - Just ask at any Post Office.
