This allows conditional parking on double yellow lines etc. when travelling in a car. Apply to your Local Authority Enquiries for an application form and conditions. Registeredblind persons are automatically entitled to a badge - your registration will be checked before issue. Other applicants have to be signed by your doctor.

In accordance with the European scheme, all new badges are now BLUE not orange, they have a photograph and owners identification on the back. A personal timer card is also issued.
